Cheesy Pasta

Ingredients
3 c. cooked whole wheat spaghetti2 t. olive oil2 t. flour2 cloves garlic, minced1 c. skim milk1/4 c. parmesan cheese2 wedges Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss
Directions
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain. Meanwhile, combine oil, flour and garlic in saucepan over medium high heat, stirring for 3 minutes. Slowly add milk, stir until thickened. Add cheeses, stir until melted; stir in pasta. Serve immediately.
