Whole Wheat Banana Bread with Flaxseed

Ingredients
4 Tbsp melted butter1 cup packed brown sugar4 eggs2 cups whole wheat flour (I use Whole Wheat Pastry Flour)1.5 cups unbleached flour1 cup Bob's Red Mill ground flaxseed2 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1 tsp salt1 T cinnamon2 cups mashed bananas1/3 cup Craisins1/4 cup Mini Chocolate Chips
Directions
Mix dry ingredients together. Add wet ones including bananas, mix well. Add Craisins, Choc Chips, nuts (optional). Bake in 2 greased loaf pans for 50-60 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pans on rack for 10 minutes before removing from pans.
Makes 2 large loaves, 12 slices per loaf, 24 servings total.
