Ingredients
Almond Milk - 1 1/2 cupsFlaxseed (milled) - 2 TBSPWheat Germ - 2 TBSPBerry Medley - 1 cup*Whey Protein - 1 scoopI use Body Fortress Strawberry Whey Protein - very good and mixes well. **Berry Medley consist of blueberries, blackberries, raspberries and strawberries.
Directions
combine all ingredients and blend. Add some Agave nectar (I prefer the XAgave blue/white, it is less processed with inulins and calcium)
