Ingredients
Cook about 10 lasagne noodles and prep following:For red sauce:Tomato sauce, 1 cupCanned Tomatoes, 3 cup browned Ground beef, 450 grams (remove) Olive Oil, 1 tbspMushrooms, fresh, 6 largeFor spinach layer, combineRicotta Cheese, part skim milk, 400 grams (remove)Spinach, frozen, 1 package sauteed with garlic and shallotsOregano, basilFor Roasted Vegetable Layer, roast in hot oven2 thinly sliced eggplants and zuccinis, tossed in olive oil with saltCheese layer, grateMozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 300 grams
Directions
Layer ingredients in casserole, finishing with the grated cheese then bake at 325 for an hour until bubbly.

Allow to stand for 15 minutes before cutting.
