HCG Phase 2 - Chicken Satay with Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
CHICKEN SATAY12-14 skewers (optional)400 grams of slice chicken breastJuice of 1/2 lime1 tbsp rice wine vinegar - unseasoned2 tsp yellow curry powder1 clove of garlic - chopped1/2 tsp grated gingersalt and pepperCUCUMBER SALAD4 cups sliced cucumbers (approximately 3 cucumbers peeled and seeded)1 tsp red chili flake2 tbsp rice wine vinegar - unseasoned1 tsp salt1/4 tsp orange zest1/2 tsp water2 drops of toasted sesame oil1 tbsp fresh chopped cilantro1 tbsp basil
Directions
Marinate the chicken satay ingredients for about an hour in a non-metal bowl. Soak 12-14 skewers in water for an hour as well. After chicken has marinaded for an hour, skewer up the strips. Then grill each skewer for about 4 minutes on each side. (You don't have to use the skewers. You can also just grill the strips.)
