Greek Style Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients
4 small potatoes1 clove garlicjuice of half a lemon1tbsp rosemary
Directions
Heat oven to 350 Cut potatoes into 1 inch cubes and place into oven proof dish, add remaining ingredients and stir until evenly coated. Add a little water about 1/4 c. Cover with foil and bake for about 30 minutes, remove cover and bake until fork tender about 40-60 min total. Add more water as needed.
