Fruit and Curry Chicken Salad

3 cups cooked chicken, diced1 cup chopped fresh apple1 cup seedless grapes 1/2 cup Craisins1 Tbsp lemon juice1/4 cup, slivered almonds, toasted1/2 cup lowfat mayonnaise1 teasp yellow curry powder or to taste
Combine apple and lemon juice to prevent browning.
Add apple, grapes, craisins and almonds to chopped chicken
In small bowl combine mayonnaise and curry powder and stir well. Add mayonnaise to chicken mixture and stir to combine ingredients.
Chill until ready to eat.
Serving Size: Makes 6 1-cup servings
