Chicken and Noodles

Ingredients
3 lbs chicken breast split on the bone.1 cup chopped carrots1 cup chopped onionsalt and pepper to tasteany other seasoning you may want to add.1 16oz pkg. reames home-style egg noodles.
Directions
put carrots, and onion and seasoning and chicken covered with water in a dutch oven. Bring to a boil cover and turn down to simmer. Simmer for 2 to 2 1/2 hours, remove chicken. Add the chicken broth, and noodles stir to separate and bring to a boil and cook for 20 minutes. Add chicken stir and serve when reheated. enjoy
