Southern Cornbread

Ingredients
3/4 cup Cornmeal3/4 cup White Flour2 Tsp Baking Powder1 Tablespoon Vinegar3/4 cup Milk (non fat)1/4 cup egg substitute1/2 Teaspoon saltSpray Butter
Directions
Mix Dry Ingredients together
Place milk vinegar in dish and set 5 minutes
Add dry ingredients to milk mixture and add egg
Mix with a spoon
Cook in non stick pan covered on top of stove
Cook approximately 10 minutes on each side
Remove from heat and cut into 8 equal pieces.
Enjoy with Spray Butter
