Organic Chicken Stir-fry

Ingredients
1 pound Organic Ground Chicken2 large Organic eggs2 large Organic egg whites1 package Organic broccoliCayenne pepper to taste
Directions
Heat up a non-stick skillet to medium and put in ground chicken. Stir in skillet until cooked all the way through. Drain fat except for about 1 tbsp. Crack 2 whole eggs and 2 eggs whites into the ground chicken. Add in a little cayenne pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly, then add in broccoli. Stir up the broccoli, then set heat to low and cover the skillet with a lid. After a few minutes, stir in a little more cayenne pepper. A perfect high protein, low carb dinner with a little kick!
