Nancy's Spinach Quiche

Ingredients
Brown onion, green pepper, and mushrooms. Cook and drain spinach and add to veggie mix. Mix milk and eggs together add to mixture and combine all ingredients. Cook in cast iron skillet. Add cheese to top.
Directions
Use coconut oil to grease pan. It's chosen for it's health benefits. You may choose anything you want to grease the pan. Bake 350 degrees till knife comes out clean. Approx 25 minutes.

Serving Size: cut into 6 slices. 1/6 of the dish is a serving.
