I made this for lunch one day to share with my husband. I baked it in the oven and served it with toasted baguettes. It was so good and great for a light lunch. - 2/25/08

This was ok - but I'll add some flavor to it next time I make it, since it was a bit bland. - 2/9/08

I made this and served it with reduced fat triscuits. Also, I put in a mini-crock pot and served it hot! Everyone loved it! - 1/29/08

MY HUSBAND REALLY LIKED IT. NEXT TIME I WOULD PUT SOME COLORED PEPPERS IN IT. I THOUGHT IT WAS TOO WHITE. i ALSO COULD TASTE THE FAT FREE CREAM CHEESE. I WOULD GO FOR THE 1/3 LESS FAT NEXT TIME. THANKS FOR THE GREAT IDEA!~ - 8/27/12

It was good, but next time I'll use less milk. I let it sit in the fridge for 6 hours before serving, and it was still a little to watery. - 6/27/08

yummy - what a healthy way to make an old fatty appertizer! Loved it during the game last night. The boys did to and they didn't even know it was low fat! - 2/4/08

This was an easy recipe to make but it didn't turn out as good as it sounded. Perhaps I'll try it one more time but probably won't be soon. - 2/3/08

I made this with imitation crab since I am allergic to sea food, but it turned out great. I added too much garlic and pepper but will tweek it next time. - 2/3/08

I have a similar recipe that calls for a tbsp of worcestershire added as well. It gives it a little kickl - 1/30/08

Not usually a fan of fat free cream cheese, but garlic and cayenne really helped. Whole family enjoyed this one! - 1/29/08

Super simple! I grated a bit of lemon zest into the mix and sprinkled a bit of Old Bay seasoning in it and brought it to a party---the hostess just loved it. - 1/29/08

This was great on some Whole Wheat Toasted Pita cut into triangles. I also added chopped Chives. A great alternative to the recipes which call for mayo. - 4/2/07

This is a good recipe, but I would like to find bigger pieces of crab, so that I get pieces of meat, instead of just the flavor. - 7/15/13

Delicious! Instead of Cayenne I added some Frank's Buffalo Hot Sauce (I like mine hot, so add according to your tastes), sprinkled with a bit of parmesan cheese, and threw it under the broiler for a few minutes, it was awesome!! - 9/30/11
