Rice Salad with Cherry Tomatoes, Beans and Cheese

Ingredients
Uncle Ben's Instant Whole Grain Brown Rice, 2 cup (remove)Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup cherry tomatoes (remove)Onions, raw, 1 small (remove)Feta Cheese, 100 grams (remove)Green Beans (snap), 1 cup (remove)Kraft Light Done Right Italian Salad Dressing, 2 tbsp
Directions
Cook rice and set aside to cool.

Blanch green beans and set aside to cool.

Halve cherry tomatoes and dice onions. Slice Feta (or any other type of cheese you prefer) into small cubes.

Add salad dressing to rice and stir through. Add beans, tomatoes, onions and cheese and stir.

Add salt and pepper to taste.
