Crock Pot Chicken Jambalya

Ingredients
2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed3 cups chicken broth1.5 cups uncooked brown rice3/4 cup water4 oz turkey sausage, diced2 garlic cloves, minced1/2 cup celery, sliced1/2 cup onion, chopped1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped2 tsp cajun seasoning1/8 tsp hot pepper sauce1 bay leaf14.5oz can diced tomatoes, undrained
Directions
Optional to sautee/brown the chicken before placing in crock. Stir together remaining liquids, put in crock. Add chicken. Cover, cook on high 6 hours.
