Salmon Cake

Ingredients
1 Can Salmon1/3 Cup Bread crumbs1/4 Cup Light Mayonaise1 Large egg1 Small Onion, finely chopped
Directions
Mix ingredients. Shape into burgers (1/4 cup each).
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes - until golden brown.
Can be served alone or on a whole wheat roll (remember to add the roll to your tracker!)
