1 lb 93% lean ground beef1 Small or 1/2 large onion, diced1 Green Pepper, diced1 Serrano Pepper, diced w/seeds1 Can Kidney Beans2 Cans DelMonte Diced Tomatoes (Basil, Garlic,Oregano)2 Cans DelMonte Diced Tomatoes (Zesty Jalapenos)2 Cans DelMonte Diced Tomatoes (Reg or Chili Style)1 Can DelMonte Tomato PasteChili PowderChili FlakesCayenne PepperFresh Garlic and/or Powder
Brown beef, about 1/2 way thru add onions and green peppers, continue cooking until onions are almost translucent. Add all other ingredients. Be generous with Chili Powder and Garlic. Season w/chili flakes and Cayenne Pepper to taste.
