Chicken Sate Wraps

Ingredients
Directions
1/2 C Matchstick cut carrots1/3 C Chopped green onions2/3 C light coconut milk ( I used regular)1 TBS Soy Sauce1 TBS Rice Vinegar3 TBS Creamy peanutbutter (I used crunchy)1 tsp curry powder1/8 tsp ground red pepper2 C shredded Bnls Sknls Chicken breast (I used costco canned chicken - 2 cans)Flat out light wraps1 1/3 C packeaged angle hair slaw (I use a cup per wrap)
Heat non stick pan
add carrots & onions saute 1 minute
Stir in coconut mile & next 5 ingredients
stirring constanly
Add chicken - cook 1 minute
Remove from heat & cool
Spoon about 1/2 c of mixture on each wrap top with agle hair slaw roll up, cover & chill.
Serving Size: Makes 4 wraps
