Simple Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
1 small banana, broken into chunks1/2 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries6oz. container strawberry-banana yogurt (I use light)1/4 - 1/2 cup skim milk
Directions


1. In a blender, combine bananas, frozen strawberries, yogurt and milk.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour into glasses and serve.

Makes 1 smoothie
