Ingredients
About 4 lbs Pork bone-in center loin chop1 Can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup (condensed)Olive Oil, 1 tbspMushrooms, 1 small Can
Directions
Fry chops in the olive oil, once they are light browned on both sides, remove from pan and add mushroom soup and 1 can of water. Whisk together and once the sauce is simmering, add pork chops and simmer for about 15 minutes till done.
