Asian Lettuce Wraps

1 lb - Jennie-O Ground Turkey 99/1.25c - low sodium soy sauce.25c - Terriyaki (recommend Veri Veri Teriyaki).25c - orange juice2 tbsp - chopped garlic2 tbsp - balsamic vinegar1 tbsp - light olive oil1 head of ice-berg lettuce1c - mushrooms, chopped.5c - green onion/chives, choppedSiracha sauce to tasteSpices to taste
Wash and gently peel layers of iceberg lettuce to create lettuce 'cups'. Chop up 1-2 cups of the remaining lettuce.
Heat olive oil in pan. Add turkey and brown.
Mix soy sauce, terriyaki, orange juice, garlic, and siracha.
Add mushrooms, chopped lettuce, chives, and sauce to turkey - simmer on low covered 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
Serve by scooping into lettuce cups and rolling up like a taco.
