Crawdad Soup

Ingredients
2 Tbsp. Butter3 Tbsp. Margarine1 large onion, chopped1/4-1/2 cup flour2 cups chicken broth1 1/2 cups cream2 tsp kosher salt1 tsp black pepperpinch of red pepper2 tsp Worcestershire12 oz crayfish tail meat
Directions
Sautee onion in butter/margarine mix until soft. Add chicken stock, seasonings, and finally cream for thickness. Finally add crayfish meat and Worcestershire sauce.
