Healthy German Apple Cake

Ingredients
2 Eggs 1 cup Applesauce, unsweetened 1 1/4 cup Honey 1 tsp ground Cinnamon 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 cup White Flour 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour 1 tsp Baking Soda 4 large apples, chopped
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a silicone bundt cake pan with cooking spray (if you dont have silicone then grease a regular pan well and dust with flour.

With a handmixer, beat eggs and applesauce until creamy. Mix in vanilla and honey.

In a separate bowl mix all the dry ingredients.

Slowly mix dry ingredients into the egg mixture.

The batter will be VERY thick!!!

With a wooden spoon mix the diced apples into the batter.

Bake for approximately 50 minutes until cake tests done.
