Mama T's Epic Veggie Chili

Ingredients
Ingredients:2 tbsp olive or canola oil3/4 cup Bulgar15 oz can chili beans15 oz can black beans15 oz can white beans15 oz can diced tomatoes (or use 2 fresh)1 medium onion chopped1 bell pepper chopped1 cup corn1 cup chopped carrot2 tbsp tomato paste1/2 cup chipolte salsa (i like frog ranch)Seasonings:2 tbsp sugar1 tsp Vegan Worcestershire sauce1 tsp black pepper1 tsp garlic powder (or 2 cloves fresh)1 tsp cumin1 tsp paprika1 tsp oregano1 tsp coriander1/2 cube "no chicken broth" + 2 cups water (or two cups prepared no chicken broth)1 tsp browning seasoning
Directions
In a deep stock pot add oil, onion, carrots, and peppers. Saute' until tender. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer over low-medium heat till all ingredients are cooked and flavor is balanced.
