Garlic Hummus

Ingredients
2 15 oz cans of chickpeas, drained2 Tbsp tahini3-4 cloves of garlic2 Tbsp garlic olive oil1/2 tsp cayenne 1/4 tsp cuminSalt to taste
Directions
Blend garlic cloves, tahini, lemon juice, and olive oil in a food processor.

Add chickpeas, and blend until smooth. If it is too stiff, you can add a little water.

Add seasonings and incorporate.

Serve with baked pita chips.
