8 T. I can't believe it's not butter1/2 cup flour2 tsp pepper2 tsp old bay6 c. milk1/2 cup onion, chopped4 ounces scallops4 tsp parsley2tsp garlic2 tsp hot sauce2 T. dill4 tsp worsh. sauce
Sautee scallops in olive oil. set aside. Sautee onions. set aside. melt butter over medium heat. Blend in flour and seasonings. Stir to make a paste. Remove from heat and SLOWLY add milk. Bring to a boil and boil one minute. Add scallops andonions. heat one minute.
