2 cups uncooked brown sushi rice, cook according to directions on package1/4 cup diced carrot1/4 cup diced oniona couple kale leaves1/4 diced seitan (can buy in the store or make your own)1 tablespoon store-bought teriyaki sauce1 tsp olive oil (or so)6 sheets of nori
cook rice, sautee all other ingredients (besides nori) in olive oil. If you have a rice ball mold, use that to form your rice balls with a scoop of the stuffing in the middle, then wrap the whole thing in moistened nori. If you don't have a rice ball mold, try doing it in your hands or a small bowl.
