32 cocktail beef sausages50 grams ginger jam50 grams wholegrain mustard1 teaspoon olive oil1 teaspoon soy sauce1 clove garlic crushed
Preheat oven to 180 C. Whisk together jam, mustard, oil, soy sauce and garlic. Turn sausages in the mixture and then arrange in a large shallow tin lined with foil. Bake for 30-45 minutes .
