Low Fat Brocoli Soup

Ingredients
1 large potato4 cups of chopped brocolli1 onion1.5cup nonfat milk2 cup chicken broth
Directions
Saute onion in olive oil until translucent. Add potatos, brocoli followed by broth and milk. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 20min.
Blend with hand held blender.
Season with pepper.
