Tomatoe Primavera Sauce

1 Tbsp olive oil1 28 oz can, diced tomatoes1 14 0z can Italian stewed tomatoes1 Medium onion, diced10 Large mushrooms, sliced1 Medium zucchini, diced3 Cloves of garlic1/2 Dry white wineSalt and pepper to taste
Heat oil in large saucepan.
Add prepared onions and garlic. Saute for 5 minutes.
Add mushrooms and zucchini. Saute for another 5 minutes.
Pour in both cans of tomatoes and white wine.
Simmer for 30 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes 6 1 Cup servings
