*HEB Diced Tomatoes Mexican Style, 3.5 cup (1 can)*Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies- Hatch brand, 2.5 cup (1 can)1 package sliced baby bella mushrooms1 small package baby carrots*Protein Venison Sausage 73% venison, 227 gram(s) (1/2 pound)*Burger Meat Patty - 80% Lean Raw, 16 oz (1 pound)*Ore Ida Chopped Onion, 1.25 cup (1 large onion diced)*Green Bell Pepper (1 Serving equals 1 Large Pepper) 1 T cumin2 heaping T minced garlic2 t sugar1.5 t salt1 T chili powder (adjust to taste)
Brown meats. Dice onion and bell pepper and add to meats. Cook until vegetables are tender. Add mushrooms, carrots, tomatoes and spices. Adjust seasonings.
Cook 3 hours on high or 6 hours on low.
