Pom Poached Pears

Ingredients
4 Large pears, cored1 c pomegranate juice
Directions
Place your pears into a baking dish, after cleaning and coring. Boil juice for 5 minutes, then pour over pears.

Place in 350 oven for 1 hour to soften and allow the juice to reduce.
