Healthy French Toast

Ingredients
*Sara Lee Delightful Whole Wheat Bread (2 slices per serv), 2 serving (remove) Egg white, 3 serving (remove) Milk, 2%, .5 cup (remove) Cinnamon, ground, 2 tbsp (remove) *Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 1 tbsp (remove) Strawberries, fresh, 1 cup, halves (remove) Banana, fresh, .5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (remove) Great Value Sugar Free Pancake & Waffle Syrup, 0.25 cup (remove)
Directions
mix egg whites, milk, (add vanilla for taste), cinnamon in a bowel.
Oil your pan or use nonstick spray.
Dip your bread into the mixture and lay flat on the pan to "toast". Repeat 3 more times until you are out of bread.
Cut strawberries and bananas to top and add sugar free syrup! ENJOY!
