Cheezy Herby Meatballs

Ingredients
500g ground beef (mince)1 cup shredded cheddar cheese3tsp (1tbs) minced garlic (dried)2 tsp ground thyme1 tsp black pepper
Directions
- Put the ground beef into a bowl.
- Add shredded cheese.
- Add the garlic, pepper and thyme.
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly with your hands or a spoon. Then form the mixture into golf ball sized meatballs and place onto a rack in a baking pan.
- Place baking pan in hottest part of oven (under grill if you have one).
- Cook for 10 minutes, then turn all meatballs and cook for another 10 minutes. Test one to make sure that beef is cooked in the middle. If the beef is still raw in the middle, cook for another 5 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 18 meatballs
