Tomato & Basil soup

Ingredients
Ingredients:Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw, 1 cup, grated Garlic, 1 clove Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Canned Tomatoes, 1 can Chicken Broth, 1 cup (8 fl oz) Heavy Whipping Cream, 2 tbsp Celery, raw, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Basil, 5 leaves
Directions
1.Cook the onion, carrot, celery and crushed garlic in the olive oil, until softened. Add the tinned tomatoes and vegetable stock. Simmer for 15 minutes.
2.Whizz in a blender. Stir in the double cream and a handful chopped basil.
