Garlic Mashed Potato

Ingredients
4 medium potatoes choppedI medium onion choppedI head of garlic roasted1/4 c chicken broth2 tbsp light sour cream
Directions
Wrap head of garlic in aluminum foil and bake at 350 for one hour. Boil potatoes and onion until cooked. Mash with roasted garlic, chicken broth and sour cream.
