American Burrito

Ingredients
2LBS Ground Beef1 Large Onion, Chopped1 Large Bell Pepper, Chopped1 Cup (8 oz) Cheddar Cheese, Grated12 Burrito Size Flour Tortilla (or one and a half packages)1 (8oz) container Sour CreamAbout 8oz French Fries½ head of Lettuce Chopped1 (15.25oz) can Black Bean, Drained2 Tablespoons Taco Seasoning1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice3 Avocados½ cups Salsa
Directions
Preheat oven 400 degrees

Prepare Onion, and Bell Pepper, then in a tablespoon of oil, saute Onions, until they become translucent in color, then add bell pepper and saute for about 5 minutes before beginning to brown meat. Drain fat off the meat and then add the taco seasoning.

Cut the Avocado in half and remove the pit, and then remove from skin into a bowl with ¼ cup of sour cream and salsa. Using a fork mash together before adding lemon juice.

Cook French Fries according to the packages directions.

Putting the burrito together:

Take 2 Tortilla’s and set them so that they over lap by about 2 to three inches, and place on a thin line of meat, Beans, fries, and cheese and put into the oven until the cheese has melted. Carefully move to a plate or continue to make the burrito by adding Lettuce, Sour Cream, Avocado Mix, and salsa, and roll the best you can, placing seam side down on a plate if you haven’t already moved it.
