Protein Orange Banana Smoothie with Vitamins

Ingredients
Orange Juice with Pulp, 1 cupLiquid Vitamin C, 1 tsp1 medium Banana, cut into 3 or 4 pieces1 slice of Pineapple, cut into 3 or 4 pieces1 scoop Muscle Milk Complete Whey Strawberry BananaHeathers Tummy Fiber, 2 to 4 tsp.Ice cubes, 5 to 10
Directions
Add ingredients in this order to a smoothie machine or blender. Orange Juice, then add powers stir slightly into the orange juice, add liquid vitamins stir slightly into orange juice, add fruit banana and pineapple cut into 3 or 4 chunks, then add 5 to 10 ice cubes. Do not order fill container. Mix on low for 1 to 3 minutes.
