Madras Lentils, Beef and Veggies

Ingredients
2 packages Tasty Bite Madras Lentils2 packages Tasty Bite Basmatie Rice1 can Kirkland Roast Beef, do not drain1 cup chopped cauliflower1 cup chopped carrots1 cup chopped broccoli
Directions
Roughly cut veggies, I like big chunks and sautee until crisp tender. Use a tablespoon of water to sautee if you dont want to use cooking spray. Add roast beef and lentils and heat through. Rice can be heated in microwave without removing from package. Divide rice and beef mixture into 4 servings.
