vanishing low sugar oatmeal cookies

Ingredients
1/2 cup county crock margarine1/2 unsweetened applesauce3/4 cup splenda3/4 cup brown splenda2 eggs1 teaspoon vanilla1 teaspoon baking soda1 1/2 cup white flour3 cups oatmeal1 cup chopped walnuts1 cup sweetened carob chips
Directions
Blending margarine,applesauce, sugar substitutes, eggs, vanilla together. One item at a time than blend with mixer. Next add baking soda, cinnamon, white flour than mix. Stir in oatmeal, carob chips, chopped walnuts
bake for 11-12 minutes.

Serving Size: makes 96 cookies using small cookie scoop.
