Chicken Chimichanga

Ingredients
1-1 1/2 full chicken breasts-cut into cubes1 cup Pace Salsa1 cup shredded cheese1 cup onion diced1 clove garlic1 teaspoon cumin1 teaspoon chili pepperSalt and Pepper to taste4 large tortilla shells
Directions
Cook chicken, onion, garlic, and spices in 1/4 cup of salsa until fully cooked. Put mixture into food processor and process until finely chopped. Spoon mixture into tortilla shells with a sprinkle of cheese and a little sauce. Wrap up and place seam side down into a baking pan sprayed with cooking spray. Top each with sauce and cheese and cooked until melted.

Serving Size: makes 4 tortilla shells
