Apple Crisp (ww flour)

Ingredients
1 1/2 c sifted ww flour1 c rolled oats1 c brown sugar1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 c butter6-8 apples, peeled, cored and sliced1/4 c sugar1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp lemon juice
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Place flour, oats, sugar, salt and baking soda in large bowl. Cut in butter until pieces are uniform and quite small.
Peel, core, and slice apples. Mix with sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice and place in bottom of buttered 9-inch pan. Cover with oats mixture.
Bake 50 minutes or until done. Serve warm or cold, maybe with ice cream.
