Surprisingly good, super quick. Doesn't look at all like a muffin. More like stiff oatmeal. I agree with other reviewer. Cook 60 secs and leave in microwave to solidify. - 4/14/14

I use ff greek yogurt instead of the milk and Splenda instead of sugar, add cinnamon and vanilla. It helps sweetness and makes it look brown as if baked. Micro for a total of 2 mins and it comes out great. - 12/26/15

Not bad for a mock muffin. I used ingredients as listed. I think if I would have let it cool down a bit first I would have been able to stop at 60 but it looked a little to moist yet. I cooked it for 90 seconds in an 1100 Watt microwave. Next time I will try for 60 and cool before I cook further. - 3/30/14

I agree with other posters. The taste is good, looks are deceiving! I used frozen blueberries and liquid eggs, cooked 90 and still watery, but it didn't dry out. - 7/22/14
