Italian Stewed Tomatoes

Ingredients
5 cups sliced zucchini1 green pepper, cut into strips1 whole onion, chopped3 cloves crushed garlic3 tbs olive oil2 cans diced tomatoes
Directions
Sautee onion, peppers and garlic in oil. Add zucchini cook till mostly done. Add tomatoes and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
