Salmon with Rub

Ingredients
1 Large Salmon Filet1 Tbsp. Olive Oil2 Tbsp. Tom Douglas' Salmon Rub (from Sur la Table)
Directions
Moisten salmon with water then sprinkle with rub. You can use more or less, depending on your preference. Heat olive oil in pan over medium heat and then place salmon in pan. Cook for approx. 5-10 min each side, depending on the size and thickness of the salmon. I often serve over rice or pasta. This makes 2-3 servings, depending on the size of the filet used.
