Ingredients
*Rotel, 10 oz Black Olives, 12 jumbo *Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend, 1 cup *Old el Paso Refried Beans - Fat Free, 1 cup El Pollo Loco, 6 inch corn tortilla, 12 serving
Directions
Brush corn tortillas with olive oil and bake at 400 until crisp. Spread a tortilla with refried beans, and sprinkle, olives, cheese, and rotel and top with another tortilla. Sprinkle a little cheese on top. Place back in the oven for a few minutes to melt cheese.
