Yorkshire Pudding

Ingredients
3 eggs1 cup flour1 cup milk3 Tbsp butter, melted1/2 tsp saltPrep time includes pre-heating oven time.
Directions
Place a 9x9 pyrex into the oven on the center rack. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a large bowl, beat eggs lightly, add milk, flour, butter, salt and mix - DONT overbeat mixture.
Take pan out of oven, spray with PAM then pour batter into hot pan. Bake for 30-45 minutes until center is not moist - just set. Will puff up the sides and maybe in center as well.


Serving Size: Makes 8 2x2 inch pieces
