King Arthur Whole Wheat Waffles

1 1/2 cups King Arthur White Whole Wheat Flour2 t. baking powder1/2 t. salt3 T. light aguave syrup1 large egg1 1/4 c. lukewarm fat free milk1/4 c. vegetable oil
Preheat waffle iron while you make the batter. Whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together egg, milk, aguave and oil. Mix together the wet and dry ingredients, stirring just until combined. The batter will be a bit lumpy; that is OK. Cook the waffles as directed in the instructions that came with your waffle iron.
