Wowbutter Cookies (Homemade - no eggs, dairy or nuts)

1. Mix sugars, soybutter, margerine and egg replacer in a large bowl. Stir in flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm (I missed this step which may be why mine burned)
2. Heat over to 375 (I only heated to 350)
3. Shape dough into 1 1/4 in balls. Place about 3 in apart on ungreased cookie sheet and flatten with criss cross marks from a fork (dipped in sugar).
4. Bake 9-10 min or until light brown. Cool 5 min and then remove from cookie sheet to cool on a wire rack.
Serving Size: Makes 2 1/2 dozen small cookies

Wowbutter, 1/2 Cup*Blue Bonnet Light Butter Stick, 1/2 CupBrown Sugar, .5 cup, packed *Granulated Sugar, 1/2 Cup*EnerG Egg Replacer, 1.5 tsp *Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour, 1.25 cup *baking soda, .75 tsp *Morton Table Salt, 0.25 tsp (You are supposed to use 1/4 c of margerine and 1/4 c of shortening but, we were out of shortening)
