Benjamins Zucchini Loaf

Ingredients
*Flour, white, 2 cupBaking Powder, 3 tspCinnamon, ground, 1 tspSalt, .5 tspNutmeg, ground, 1 tspEgg, fresh, 1 largeBrown Sugar, .75 cup, packed*Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 8 tbspZucchini, 1.5 cup, slicedWalnuts, .5 cup, chopped
Directions
Mix dry ingredients together. Mix wet ingredients together. Add wet mix to dry mix and combine until incorporated. Do not over mix. Put in loaf pan and bake 50-70 mins until done.
