1/2 Cup Non-fat Cottage Cheese1/2 Cup Oats1 EggDash of WaterDash of CinnamonHandful of Blueberries
Directions
Blend cottage cheese, oats, egg, water, and cinnamon in blender until it is a smooth batter-like consistency. Add blueberries.

Cook on stove on Medium heat flipping halfway through.
